"Refund went through with no fuss"
I asked nebula.org for a refund and I was getting ready for the usual back and forth but it never really turned into a thing, support got back to me fast and actually sounded like a normal person instead of some copied script, then the money showed up right when they said it would, so yeah it was simple, stress free, and I’m happy to give them 5 stars.

"Some of the info felt a little shaky"
I really wanted to like it, and there were parts I did find useful, but a few of the science sections felt a bit too simplified. Some claims were mentioned so quickly, almost in a sentence or two, that I found myself wanting a source or just a little more context. I’m not saying it was completely wrong, but those small details made it harder for me to fully trust it for accurate info.

It’s been solid so far. I haven’t noticed any outages, and there haven’t been any of those nightmare tech headaches that make you want to dramatically stare out a window...

I was a little unsure about ordering from overseas, but nebula really came through. Everything shipped on time, there were no strange delays, and the whole process felt easy and dependable. Definitely gave me confidence ordering from them again.

"Doesn’t feel super trustworthy"
The site works okay, like it loads fine and everything, but I just couldn’t find much clear info about who’s actually behind it. I started looking for some reason to trust it and, well, I didn’t really find enough. For a site that seems like it wants to come across as professional, it feels kind of bare. Not awful, just not something I’d put a lot of confidence in

"Getting my results was ridiculously easy"
I was so relieved at how easy it was to get my results. I expected to be confused or stuck forever, but I understood everything quickly. It felt like a huge weight off my shoulders!

The identity verification kept failing over and over, even though I tried around three or four times. I reached out to support, but it took them roughly a couple of days to get back to me, so the whole thing was frustrating

"Download worked well"
I was able to get my data downloaded without too much trouble. It did take me a bit to find the right page, which was a little annoying, though not a huge deal once I got there. The files came through fine in the end, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"The status updates were actually reliable"
I’ll admit, I was expecting to have to keep checking around all day, because that’s usually how these things go. But the status updates were accurate the whole time and saved me a lot of hassle. Kind of makes you wonder why it’s not always this straightforward.

Nebula.org mostly works fine, but using it reminded me of those old websites where you know what you’re looking for, yet somehow keep clicking around in circles. The pages loaded okay for me, so that wasn’t really the issue. It just felt a bit clunky, and finding certain things took longer than I expected. Not terrible, but I definitely felt that little wave of frustration after a while.

I used nebula.org and the site itself was okay, nothing too bad there, but the consent pop up got on my nerves a bit.
I couldn’t really tell what I was agreeing to, and trying to change the settings took way more clicks than it should have. A few options felt kind of tucked away too, so I didn’t feel like I had much control.

Maybe other people won’t care as much, but for me the consent stuff needs to be simpler and feel more upfront. 2 stars

"Security seems fine, but the timing didn’t help"
I’ve been using nebula.org and overall it’s been okay. Nothing sketchy has happened with my account, so I can’t really complain too much. I think my hesitation is partly bad timing, because I signed up right when I’d been hearing a lot about data breaches elsewhere, so security was already on my mind. The site works fine, but I do wish they had clearer info about how they protect user data. A few more trust signals would make me feel a lot better

I ordered my kit from nebula.org and it actually got here quick, like less than a week in my case. The tracking was mostly simple to follow, and the box came fine, not smashed up or anything like that.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking update was a little slow at one point, so I was kind of sitting there wondering if it had shipped or not yet. But besides that small weird thing, the delivery was good and I don’t really have a complaint.

"Mostly feels safe, but I felt brushed off"
I’ve been using nebula.org for a while and I do like that it doesn’t feel super nosy with my data. The privacy settings are easy to figure out, and overall I feel like I have more control than on other sites. I haven’t run into any weird issues so far, which is nice. That said, when I had a question about one setting, the response I got felt kind of dismissive, like it wasn’t really worth their time. Still a decent experience overall, but that part stuck with me.

"Really good value for the price"
I’m happy with it overall. The price feels totally fair, and I use it enough that it definitely feels worth it. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the money, it does the job really well.

The sample kit was really easy to use, no big hassle at all. The instructions were clear and it only took me a few minutes to get everything done. I’m giving it 4 stars because mailing it back felt a bit slow, but overall, it was a smooth experience.
